Introduction of Late Fees - Starting in February

Saturday, January 25, 2025

Due to ongoing challenges with late payments, we have made the difficult decision to introduce late payment fees for overdue invoices. This measure is essential to maintain the financial stability of WebWinton and ensure we can continue providing quality services.

How will the late fee system work?

Starting February 1st, any invoice not paid on the day it is due will incur a 15% late fee based on the outstanding amount. To prevent late payments, we send invoices 7 days before the due date and issue multiple reminders leading up to the deadline.

How to avoid late fees

We’ve made it easy to ensure payments are made on time:

  • You can set up a Direct Debit through the WebWinton portal, powered by GoCardless, to automatically handle payments securely.
  • Additionally, you can save your card details through the portal for one-click payments.

If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days, we will proceed with legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

Why this change is necessary

We understand this is a change, but it has become necessary to address the impact of frequent late payments on our business. We appreciate your understanding and urge you to take advantage of the tools we’ve made available to ensure timely payments.

Thank you for your continued support.
